Give Your Child a Sion Foundation

Enroll Your Child in Sion's Co-ed Grade School Today

Lower SchoolThe Sion grade school campus provides a unique sanctuary for discovering your child’s full potential. Our boys and girls thrive in small classes of 15 to 18 students where skilled teachers are able to recognize, affirm and celebrate individual talents – creating a nationally-recognized tradition of joyful learners for more than a century.

Rooted in our Catholic faith and infused with our Mission of respect and inclusion, Sion embraces children of all religious and cultural backgrounds. We believe this commitment to tradition combined with a 21st century approach to global awareness best prepares your child to grow academically, socially and spiritually.

Committed to the unique developmental needs of all our students, Sion classes are grouped into two levels: Primary (K-3) and Intermediate (4-5). Primary students receive instruction in self-contained homerooms allowing for curricular integration. Our intermediate students move to rooms where specialized teachers enhance their day with more rigorous instruction, spurring the independence they seek while preparing them for Middle School. The full scope of a Sion curriculum includes:

  • 1:1 Technology Program
  • STEAM Program
  • Swimming
  • World Languages
  • Art and Music Program
  • Language Arts
  • Math
  • Science
  • Social Studies
  • Holy Ground
  • After School Curriculum
